I. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to https://evosport-morocco.com (the “Website”), operated by EVOSPORT (the “Provider”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and participation in our sports programs, training sessions, youth camps, workshops, and events (the “Services”).

By using this Website or registering for any Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are a parent/legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor participant, and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

These Terms regulate the relationship between EVOSPORT and any visitor, user, participant, parent/guardian, coach, volunteer, or partner (collectively, “Users”) in connection with the Website and the Services.

IV. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

  2. Minors (under 18) may only be registered by a parent/legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
  3. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  4. If an account is created, Users are responsible for keeping login details secure.

V. REGISTRATION & CONFIRMATION

  1. Users may register online through the Website or other official channels.
  2. Registration is only confirmed when a written confirmation email is issued by Evosport Morocco.
  3. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or waitlist applications based on eligibility, safety, or program capacity.

VI. FEES & PAYMENT

  2. Fees, payment methods, and deadlines will be indicated on the relevant Service page.
  3. Late or incomplete payment may result in the loss of a reserved place.

VII. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  2. Provider cancellation: if Evosport cancels a Service with no replacement, fees will be refunded.
  3. Changes: dates, venues, or formats may change (e.g., due to weather, safety, logistics). Users will be informed promptly.

VIII. HEALTH & SAFETY

  1. By registering, Users (or guardians) confirm that participants are fit to take part.
  2. Some activities carry inherent risks (e.g., running, contact drills). Participants agree to follow staff instructions.
  3. Medical information and emergency contacts may be required.
  4. Evosport may exclude a participant for safety reasons or disruptive behavior.

IX. CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. Participants, parents, and spectators must:

    • Show respect and sportsmanship;
    • Follow staff and coach instructions;
    • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or violence;
    • Respect facilities and equipment.

    Evosport may suspend or ban violators without refund.

X. EQUIPMENT & UNIFORMS

  1. Evosport will specify whether uniforms, kits, or equipment are provided or must be brought by participants.
  2. Participants must use equipment responsibly.
  3. Damage caused by negligence may result in liability for replacement costs.

XI. TRANSPORTATION

  1. Unless otherwise stated, transport to and from venues is the responsibility of the User/guardian.
  2. When Evosport organizes transport (e.g., for tournaments or camps), details will be provided in advance.
  3. Guardians must ensure timely pickup and drop-off. Evosport is not responsible for minors outside official program hours.

  1. Evosport maintains basic liability insurance for activities.
  2. Participants/guardians are responsible for securing personal accident, health, or travel insurance as appropriate.
  3. Evosport is not liable for costs not covered by its insurance unless required by law.

  2. Staff and volunteers are required to comply with child protection standards and codes of conduct.
